SLEEP is oh so GOOD!

Hey kids.  Just another article about the importance of sleep and how it effects learning.  And yes, I saw the at the end of the article how the author states schools need to start later to enable teens to get the 9 hours of sleep they need.  I foresee this in the future!    Enjoy!
