Hey 8th graders!  It’s time to begin our Advocacy in Action Project (one of our final projects of the year)!!!  Here is the note taking sheet (Advocacy Project Note sheet- S2015) you’ll use to research an advocate or advocacy group of your choice.  Remember, choose a topic/issue you feel passionate about or care about deeply.  The goal of your research and presentation is to have an impact on those around you so they want to take action about your topic/issue like you are doing.  Have fun ladies and gents and let’s ADVOCATE for change!
