What Food Should I Incorporate More into My Diet? Nuts.

One of my go to snacks is nuts.  Almonds or walnuts in particular and it seems like I’ve been making the right choice!  In the recent NY Times article “Nuts are a Nutritional Powerhouse” Jane E. Brody writes about all the amazing short and long term benefits of making nuts a regular part of your daily diet.  Read and eat up!
